- To ensure a good customer experience, SMGE facilitates its customers by allowing them to unbox the product right in front of the delivery boy.
- In case of any faulty or damaged mangoes, you can return the package to the delivery boy on the spot.
- Please don’t forget to take a picture or video of the unboxing and the damaged product.
- Notify us with the photographic evidence via WhatsApp to customer support +923330654083 or email us at email@example.com or just pingback to the invoice that was sent to you by SMGE while booking your order.
- Once your complaint is processed SMGE will redeliver you the fresh product.
