SMGE SUCCESSFULLY SEA SHIPPED MANGOES FROM PAKISTAN TO UK IN JUNE 2015"

With the grace of God and relentless support of SMGE members, Government of Pakistan, FIRMS, ASLP, Department of Plant Protection, SGS, Koldware Industries and especially our consumers, SMGE has been successfully exporting fresh mangoes by sea to longer distance like UK and EU for the past three years. 


SMGE would like to thank all of the above without whose support it would have not been possible.


SMGE would like to thank Government of Pakistan, Department of Plant Protection and SGS for strictly monitoring and scrutinizing  mango shipments being exported to UK and EU. 

By implementing strict quarantine rules and regulations, Government of Pakistan has created a benchmark in mango industry of Pakistan and made it mandatory to all mango exporters to comply with mandatory rules and regulations.


SMGE is also thankful to SGS, who as an independent third party inspection company had conducted a strict inspection and monitoring each and every step of SMGE's mango shipments preparation at SMGE's farm/pack house. And only after satisfactorily monitoring, SMGE's mango shipment was approved by SGS before being shipped to UK and EU. 


SGS's verification ensures risk free premium quality farm fresh mangoes carefully harvested, processed and packed at SMGE's farm/pack house for our UK consumers.
